IMDM is a well-known and respected player in railway asset management. It was important for us to have professional support for this process – working with industry experts capable of challenging models and who have proven their methods through collaborations with partners, peers and clients.
We turned to IMDM for its expertise in industrial asset management applied to railway assets, as well as its methodical approach.
The Municipality of Orsières and IMDM have been collaborating for nearly eight years in the energy sector, working hand-in-hand on strategic guidance, board representation, and specific ad -hoc projects. This allowed us to experience first-hand the quality of service provided by the company’s team members. If I had to highlight just two qualities, I would point to the teams’ availability and agility, as well as their thorough understanding of the energy sector’s challenges.
The project was run in a highly structured manner, from building the digital twin through to training our teams to use the software. IMDM’s support stood out for its responsiveness and pragmatism, as well as a genuine understanding of our operational constraints.
